Cancellation Policy

📅 Booking Policy All services with Sunflower Social Co. require a signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer fee at the time of booking. This secures your session or project date and ensures our commitment to your time. Remaining balances are due no later than 48 hours prior to your session or project start. For larger branding or social media packages, payment plans may be available—please inquire during booking. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for photo sessions and 7 days’ notice for ongoing services such as branding or social media content. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session may forfeit the retainer. One complimentary reschedule is allowed per booking (subject to availability). In the case of inclement weather, illness, or emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule as quickly as possible without penalty. 📝 Waitlist Policy If your preferred date or service package is currently full, we offer a waitlist option. Clients on the waitlist will be contacted in order of sign-up if a spot becomes available. To join the waitlist, simply fill out the contact form and specify the service and timeframe you're hoping for—we’ll reach out as soon as there’s an opening!
